We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase or discount code is required at checkout.

Order Processing & Transit Times

To ensure your order arrives safely, please allow time for processing and delivery:

Processing Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday)
Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 8 business days total

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real-time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.

Address Changes & Corrections

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at info@kosmikocorp.com. Once an order has entered the processing phase or has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the destination address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, courier delays can occasionally occur due to weather events or high shipping volumes. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

Check around your property and with neighbors.
Allow 24 hours (couriers sometimes mark items as delivered shortly before arrival).
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking details.
